Yes. Creating an account and listing your service is free. Your listing can appear in Browse Services and people can contact you through the platform without you paying a lead fee or commission. Featured and Pro plans are available for people who want additional visibility, listing details and features, but a paid plan is not required to have a listing.

No. The platform does not charge per lead, per job or take a percentage of what you earn. Paid plans use a flat monthly subscription. Payment for the services you provide is arranged directly between you and the person hiring you.

Your listing appears in Browse Services and includes information about the work you offer and where or how you provide it. Featured and Pro listings receive higher placement than Free listings and can display additional service information. You can also share your service page directly with other people.

The platform currently supports one service listing per member. Your listing title and description can explain the range of work you offer. We may expand how members organize multiple services as the platform grows.

Featured ($15/month) adds fuller service information, including your description, pricing, availability, experience and credentials, along with increased placement in Browse Services, your rating and review count, and additional listing activity information. Pro ($29/month) includes Featured benefits plus full written reviews, the ability to respond publicly to reviews, a website link and additional listing activity information. Yes. Featured and Pro currently include a 2-month free trial for new subscribers. After the trial, the plan renews at the applicable monthly rate unless you cancel before billing begins. See the Pricing page for current plan details.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your paid subscription, and your listing will return to the Free tier after the paid or trial access period ends, subject to the applicable subscription terms.

Your contact information is not displayed publicly to anonymous visitors. A logged-in user can use the Contact option to reveal the contact methods available for your listing. The contact information shown depends on your current plan and the information you have chosen to provide.

Yes. You are responsible for determining whether the work you offer requires a license, certification, registration, permit, insurance or other qualification where you perform it, and for keeping any required credentials current. Requirements can vary by service and location.

Yes. Browsing services is free. You can view service listings without creating an account. A free account is required when you want to reveal contact information or use certain member features. The platform does not charge people for contacting someone about a service. Payment for services is arranged directly between members.

Reviews can only be submitted by logged-in members who first contacted the listing through the platform and then confirm that they worked with the person they are reviewing. Ratings and reviews can help you learn about other members' experiences. The platform does not independently verify the transaction or the work performed.

You can report a concern to us at hello@looply.live. We may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate our Terms of Service. Eligible members may also leave an honest review based on their experience. The platform does not mediate service disputes or provide financial guarantees for services arranged between members.

No. The platform does not process, hold or guarantee payment for services arranged between members. Pricing, payment, scheduling and other service arrangements are made directly between the people involved.

The platform does not currently conduct background checks or independently verify licenses, certifications, insurance or other credentials. Information in a listing is provided by the person who created it. Before hiring someone, ask questions and independently verify that any licenses, certifications, insurance, permits or other credentials are current and appropriate for the work you need. Featured and Pro badges identify plan levels and do not indicate a background check, credential verification or endorsement by the platform.

The platform is designed to make it easier for people offering services and people looking for them to find one another directly. There are no lead fees, commissions or bidding. People offering services decide what they offer, what they charge and when they are available. Paid plans provide additional visibility and features rather than charging for individual leads or taking a percentage of someone's earnings.

No. Contact information is not displayed publicly to anonymous visitors. Logged-in members can reveal available contact information through the Contact option on a listing. For information about how we collect, use and share information, see our Privacy Policy.

The platform makes money through optional paid subscription plans. Featured is currently $15/month and Pro is $29/month. The platform does not charge per lead or take a commission from the money someone earns providing a service.

The platform can be used throughout the United States. Some services are offered locally, some remotely and some both. Availability depends on the individual listings currently on the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, publish a service listing, contact someone through account features or otherwise participate as a registered member. The platform does not currently allow adults to create listings for services performed by someone under 18.
